We support decision-makers in formulating, implementing and evaluating public policy choices in various fields. Our main clients are international institutions and agencies, at EU level, national or regional Ministries, bilateral and multilateral development organisations, and national public institutions. We are currently looking for a Framework Contract Manager who will support the Framework Contract/Market Development Manager in the preparation of offers for mission requests under the Framework Contract in Third Countries and/or open tenders. Profile: 1) Master degree in business administration, economics or equivalent academic degree; 2) Up to 3 years of professional experience; 3) Fluent in English and French; Spanish is an asset; 4) Knowledge of European Commission’s procedures, and/or tender/Framework Contract procedures is an asset.
