POSIZIONE RICERCATA: Responsabile della gestione di progetti europei (Europrogettista)

ERIFO Agenzia di Euro progettazione, gestione progetti e formazione superiore cerca ricercatori  max 29 anni – con almeno 1 anno di esperienza nella gestione di progetti transnazionali. Si ricercano ottime capacità di gestione della complessità, mediazione, networking, resilienza, dedizione al lavoro e creatività.

Tipologia di contratto: Full time – indeterminato

Sede di lavoro: Roma

Impegno: Sono richieste trasferte mensili della durata massima di una settimana

Responsabilità e doveri

La figura ricercata sarà introdotta in azienda con le seguenti mansioni:

  • Realizzazione di prodotti ed attività nell’ambito di progetti finanziati dalla Commissione Europea. Il candidato dovrà occuparsi sia del coordinamento che della realizzazione di studi ed analisi attinenti alla progettazione formativa e allo sviluppo di metodologie per l’accompagnamento al lavoro, su progetti che hanno già ottenuto finanziamenti.

L’attività prevede una forte interazione di team e con i partner del network europeo.

Competenze imprescindibili richieste:

  • Conoscenza lingua inglese Livello EQF C1. Non è richiesta certificazione.
  • Conoscenza del programma Erasmus +
  • Laurea magistrale o specialistica
  • Nozioni di metodologia della ricerca sociale

Titoli preferenziali: residenza a Roma e dottorato di ricerca

Nous accompagnons nos clients (entreprises, associations professionnelles, syndicats, ONGs, etc.) auprès des acteurs institutionnels et des parties prenantes et les conseillons dans l’élaboration de stratégies d’influence.
En complément de ces missions, EURALIA propose également à ses clients un accompagnement sur les dispositifs de financements européens. Les services proposés vont de l’identification d’opportunités de financements (subventions principalement) et la recherche de partenaires, à un appui à la rédaction du dossier, à la coordination du projet et/ou pour les activités de communication/dissémination. EURALIA s’appuie également sur son réseau de partenaires pour compléter son expertise selon les dossiers.
La société connaît une solide croissance avec la signature régulière de nouveaux comptes. Forts de ces résultats, nous recherchons un(e) consultant(e) dont la mission sera principalement tournée vers les programmes de financements européens. Le/La candidate devra posséder une très bonne connaissance d’ensemble des principaux programmes européens en gestion directe et des fonds structurels. Toute expérience complémentaire sur le montage ou le suivi de projets spécifiques sera valorisée.
Le poste est basé dans nos locaux de Bruxelles.

TACHES PRINCIPALES
Assurer une veille régulière et proactive sur les différents programmes et dispositifs européens de financements. Cette veille pourra se traduire par des mails d’alerte, des fiches « appel à projets » ou encore des newsletters.
Analyser, sur la base de cette veille, les opportunités pour les clients en fonction de leurs projets et du statut de leur structure, et formuler des recommandations.
Participer à des groupes de travail et des évènements de matchmaking au nom des clients, afin notamment d’identifier des partenaires potentiels pour leurs projets.
Participer à la conception et à l’animation de sessions de formation sur les financements européens.
Travailler, avec la direction, au développement commercial de la société (prospection, nouvelles missions) et sur divers projets internes.

EXPERIENCE ET QUALIFICATION
Diplômé de master en ingénierie de projets européens et 1 à 2 ans d’expérience sur les financements européens (chargé de mission Europe, Bureau de représentation d’une région, chargé de projets européens…).
Une expérience sur les thématiques Recherche-Innovation et/ou les programmes depromotion agricole sera un plus.
Une expérience en lien avec les affaires publiques ou au sein d’une institution européenne sera un plus.

COMPETENCES RECHERCHEE
​Très bonne connaissance des différents programmes de financements européens en gestion directe par la Commission européenne et en gestion décentralisée (fonds structurels).
Bonne connaissance des règles « récurrentes » des appels à projets, et des points de vigilance pour le montage d’un dossier.
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, oral/écrit.
Une bonne connaissance du fonctionnement des institutions européennes.
Bonne culture générale et connaissance des rôles des différents acteurs publics (européens, nationaux et régionaux).
Capacité à écouter, conseiller et accompagner les clients dans la durée.
Capacité à être force de proposition pour envisager de nouvelles approches ou de nouveaux livrables en lien avec les besoins spécifiques des clients.
Personnalité optimiste, curieuse, capable d’impulser de nouveaux projets, de travailler en équipe et sous différentes configurations, efficace et débrouillarde.

Da Oceana, prestigiosa fondazione internazionale che si occupa della salvaguardia degli oceani dal punto di vista ambientale, faunistico e natualistico, riceviamo un interessante notice, che riguarda la ricerca di un Officer.

Under the supervision of and in close collaboration with the Senior Development Director, the Officer will be in charge of the entire grant application process. He/she will contribute to Oceana’s objectives. Specifically, she/he will: a) write high-quality grant proposal narratives, applications and supporting documents with a special focus on EU public funding streams; b) research, collect data and write proposals; c) manage the proposal submission process to ensure timely submission of all required materials; d) conduct research, gather data, analyse information and prepare effective, accurate and timely reports and other documents to support development objectives; e) coordinate and follow-up on the progress of submitted proposals; f) conduct prospect research to identify, cultivate and solicit new grants; g) perform other duties as assigned.
Experience requested: a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in grant development.
Skills: i) strong written communication skills (fluent in English essential, full command in written English is required); ii) demonstrable experience with EU Public funding streams; iii) demonstrable experience in writing successful grant applications; iv) accomplished interpersonal and networking skills; v) personal resilience, ability to operate in a start-up environment; vi) willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
The position will be based in Madrid and conditions are according to Spanish employment legislation.

Dal consorzio che riunisce e coordina le attività di ricerca delle università (e altri enti pubblici) operanti nella regione Toscana, riceviamo quanto segue:

The recently created TOUR 4EU- Tuscan Organisation of Universities and Research 4 Europe established a Tuscan Universities Liaison Office to the EU with the aim of promoting the interests of the Tuscan Higher Education sector in Europe.

The Tuscan Universities Liaison Office is looking for a Senior EU Public Affairs Manager-Project Coordinator with a +5 years’ experience in EU policies, public relations with a particular focus on Research&Innovation EU projects.

The EU Public Affairs Manager-Project Coordinator key activities include building networks and fostering relations between Tuscan Universities, EU Institutions and other key actors, such as other EU Universities or Regional partners. He/She will gain maximum benefit from H2020 and FP9 to secure funding and support for Tuscan Universities.

The EU public affairs manager will represent Tuscan Universities at EU level, promote and define a common research path for the Tuscan universities in line with EU policies and in coordination with the Tuscan Regional Liaison Office. He/she will build and maintain relationships with key EU stakeholders and other relevant partners (i.e. EU Institutions, agencies, EU Universities and Research Institutions) and implement with them common research projects by creating a mechanism that will promote partnership and stimulate joint research proposals. The selected candidate will constantly monitor and follow up the development of key EU regulatory policies on Research & Innovation (i.e. H2020, FP9) and will build opportunities for the Tuscan research system by monitoring EU calls and other relevant initiatives at EU level. He/she will also facilitate coordination among the Universities and between the Universities and the Region of Tuscany and other stakeholders (i.e. business, clusters) in line with the Regional Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3) and the new priorities of FP9.

Applicants should have at least University MA degree, proven experience (over 5 years) in EU affairs, particularly EU legislation and funding programs related to R&I, excellent knowledge of the EU Institutions and good network of contacts in the Brussels arena. He/She should also be a good team leader with strong communication skills and self-starter abilities, quality and result oriented and willing to work in an international environment. A good knowledge of the Italian or the Tuscan University System is an asset. The candidate should be able to work fluently in Italian and English and be flexible to travel monthly between Tuscany and Brussels.

What we offer: 3 years extendable contract (Belgian law) and a competitive remuneration package.
