As a non-profit organization committed to the prevention of child abuse and neglect, Telefono Azzurro (TA) is a reference point for young children and adolescents in difficulty and at risk. Telefono Azzurro is strongly involved in advocating children’s rights and promoting a children’s culture within the society, by collaborating closely with local, national and international institutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, creative and highly organized individual who has an excellent understanding of EU funding and of international/national donors. The Project Manager will work in Telefono Azzurro’s headquarter based in Modena, Italy. The role will involve monitor and work proactively to identify funding opportunities at EU, international and national level, by conducting research and developing relevant partnerships; developing and writing of new project proposals, in the framework of EU policies relevant for the association and in the framework of international and national donors; management of international projects (WPs implementation, budget monitoring). General qualifications: a) well acquainted with EU policies, programs and actors, with particular focus on child rights, child protection issues; b) knowledge of Project Cycle Management and key funding instruments; c) interest in the mission and values of Telefono Azzurro ONLUS; d) ability to work independently and proactively eliability, flexibility and capacity to prioritize; e) strong organizational skills, ability to undertake travel and work flexible hours, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian (C1). Education: Master’s level degree. Minimum Work Experience: 3 years.
