Our main fields of expertise include Agriculture & Rural Development incl. water management, energy and infrastructures, Environment & Natural Resources Management, Institutional Support, Governance and Public finance, incl. Statistics, etc. Our company is currently seeking to reinforce its Framework Contract Unit with a long-term staff member, to be recruited after an internship training period. Main tasks: management of all aspects relating to FWC requests/missions (identification and selection of consultants, negotiations of financial conditions, mobilization of experts / logistics, monitoring of missions and budget follow-up); research & analysis of business opportunities, and other business intelligence tasks.
Requirements: Master degree, bilingual French/English (good knowledge of East European languages would be an asset), familiar with Development Aid and EU policies. Good knowledge of international funding agencies procedures would be a plus.
