EU CORE Consulting (EUropean COoperation in Research and Education, www.eucore.eu) is a private company providing services of project design, project management, accounting, evaluation and partnership for higher education institutions, research institutes, Large and Small and Medium Enterprises for the participation in national, international and EU funded research and cooperation projects.
EU CORE Consulting is very well integrated within the Italian university and research network, working closely with a broad number of scientific university departments and international relations offices, as well as research-performing bodies across the country in the preparation and implementation of international cooperation and research projects.
Over the years, EU CORE has rapidly grown expanding its work into a wide spectrum of services, covering fundraising consultancy within a broad range of international, EU-level and national funding programmes for research & development, innovation, environmental protection, culture, citizenship and many others. EU CORE also manages and organises a wide range of training courses and conferences on a variety of issues related to the design and management of EU-funded projects, including financial reporting, legal issues and IPR management.

JOB DESCRIPTION: i) identify adequate opportunities to fund project ideas proposed by the company clients; ii) support senior company staff in designing project proposal to be submitted in the framework of the main EU funding programmes; iii) be responsible of managing EU funded projects, ensuring coordination and completion of projects on time respecting schedule and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Education:

Advanced University degree in Economics, International development, Management, Finance, Social sciences or other relevant area.

2. What You will Need to Succeed

Excellent presentation and communication skills
Team spirit and flexibility
Willingness to travel frequently
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external project teams
Strong PC technical knowledge, including MS Office, MS Excel is essential
Consultancy/Project Design and Management experience is a plus
Abroad experiences (e.g. Erasmus exchange program or similar) are highly appreciated

3. Languages:

Language proficiency in Italian and English.
