Offerta n. 2013/076 – IS ENES est un projet européen du FP7 dont la thématique principale est la modélisation du climat. Ce projet est coordonné par l’Institut Pierre-Simon Laplace qui recherche un/une Gestionnaire de Projet Européen à compter du 1er avril 2013 afin d’assurer la gestion de la deuxième phase du projet IS-ENES qui débutera en avril 2013. Placé(e) auprès du coordinateur scientifique, Mme Sylvie Joussaume, il/elle assistera ce dernier dans la coordination du projet. Ces fonctions recouvrent les aspects administratifs, financiers et juridiques ainsi que l’animation du consortium. Le/la gestionnaire de projet européen aura pour mission de faciliter le fonctionnement général du consortium dans le respect des règles édictées par la Commission européenne.

We are looking to hire an expert for a Project Manager position for its office in Brussels. The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. In parallel with project management responsibilities, it is expected that the expert can assume business development responsibilities, exploring new business opportunities in the field of innovation and strategy consulting, with clients such as the European Commission and other international organizations, and with partner organizations. Requirements: minimum 5 years direct Project Manager Experience in EU innovation/ research / cooperation field projects; previous experience with Business Development preferably with European Commission, European Parliament or other international organizations, and others.
