We are looking for a Senior Proposal Writer to support our team in Brussels Office. Main responsibilities: * participate in proposal strategy, design, writing, and review sessions throughout the life of the proposal; * research, write and edit technical material for proposals; * conduct requirements analysis for clients and collect input; * successfully interact and manage client relationships, potential partners and/or local staff, gather operational information and country context, and analyze the competitive environment for considering the organization’s differentiators; * attend and participate in divisional business development and capture meetings. EU Startup Services offers a competitive starting base compensation of +/- €2500 depending on qualification and experience. Success fees for successful proposals are also awarded. Good communicator and a team player, you speak and write English at very good level and are willing to travel on a limited scale (within Europe). Profile & experience: i) university degree or equivalent; ii) at least four years’ professional experience in coordinating/managing of projects or experience in a similar position is an advantage; iii) multitasking, detail minded and well organised; iv) knowledge of European Projects, healthcare, (paediatric) oncology, radiotherapy, quality assurance in radiotherapy or clinical trials is an asset; v) willing to travel on limited scale.
