Questa è la notice: “F6S is the world’s largest network of startups and founders. We’re expanding our compliance team for the European funded projects we deliver. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for all compliance related issues throughout the programme, managing the process to approve all project activity, assuring that it remains compliant with all relevant regulations, as well as being fully documented and aligned with the project aims. Responsibility for the new team member will include monitoring project expenditure in line with funders financial guidelines and financial reporting. This team member will also actively participate in our consortia and with the rest of the F6S team to ensure timely delivery of project reports and deliverables. Travel to meet with consortia members is possible if desired, but not required. Is this you? Some level of experience with EU Projects and EU Project Management (Structural and/or Framework); excellent time-management skills; good understanding of financial reporting (ex. personnel, other costs, procurement rules financial statements), good writing skills. We are an international consultancy firm based in Berlin, we are looking for support in the development and implementation of transnational projects, in particular within the Interreg 2014-2020 programmes (e.g Baltic Sea Region, North Sea Region, Europe). Preferably we would like to employ a young academic who has already gained 1-3 years of professional experience in managing EU-funded projects.

Knowledge, experience and skills: a) Relevant university degree (e.g. economics, public administration, business administration, spatial planning, European studies, law or environmental management); b) excellent English and German are a prerequisite; another EU language would be an advantage; c) prior experience with administration/management of EU-funded projects is required (strong preference is given to candidates who have already gained experience in managing Interreg projects).

The right candidate should be a team-player and flexible, possess good communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to work in multi-cultural environment. Ability to propose solutions to transnational issues arising from administrative, legal or cultural differences is also a crucial factor. The position requires travelling throughout Europe.

Starting date: march 2016
