Vogliamo rafforzare l’area Ricerca e Sviluppo con un/una EU PROJECT MANAGER in grado di monitorare i bandi regionali, nazionali ed europei con focus specifici su ricerca, sviluppo ed innovazione, e di procedere al coordinamento dei progetti, monitorando i progressi dei progetti stessi rispetto agli obiettivi pianificati. La persona che inseriremo si occuperà di gestione del budget, si relazionerà con i responsabili scientifici dei progetti e con gli officer della Commissione europea, organizzerà meeting internazionali e parteciperà ai network europei di interesse per il progetto. Dovrà essere un laureato in Scienze Politiche o in Economia, con qualche esperienza precedente nella progettazione e gestione dei progetti europei. Ha un ottimo inglese, è deciso/a, autonomo/a, ha esperienze effettuate all’estero. Gli/le piace sentirsi parte del team, si diverte ad accettare nuove sfide e viaggia per lavoro senza problemi. Master in Europrogettazione – Venice International University – Proposta di lavoro a Londra

Our company is a London-based consultancy, specialising in research and the provision of strategic, policy and regulatory advice on new technologies. We are seeking to engage a full-time Grants Administrator to work in our central London offices. The candidate will be expected to work on projects in both the public and private sectors, with an emphasis on the administrative aspects of public sector grants projects such as FP7 and Horizon 2020 projects. Preferred candidates will have the following qualifications: a) University graduate, b) minimum of five years of experience in an administrative role, c) familiarity with the European Commission Grant Financial Guidelines and related financial policies, d) experience using the European reporting system (Participant portal, ECAS, NEF). Master in Europrogettazione – Venice International University – Proposta di lavoro a Bruxelles

Dear Venice International University, the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions is coordinating a 2.5 year project on “Human Rights of Older Persons and Long-Term Care’, with funding support from the European Commission (DG Employment). The Project aims to embed a human rights based approach in the long-term care of older persons in Europe. ENNHRI seeks a Project Coordinator to support the implementation of the Project. This is a full time post to be performed at the ENNHRI Secretariat in Brussels, supervised by ENNHRI’s Secretary General. The post holder would be expected to travel occasionally within Europe. Riceviamo da un’Università inglese la seguente interessante proposta da girare ai nostri Allievi: “Research and Innovation Services (RIS) support academic and research staff to fulfil their research and enterprise objectives by providing expert advice and assistance in research funding, bid management, collaborations with industry and other strategic partners as well as the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property. We are now seeking to recruit an EU Funding Officer to join the team. Working closely with the EU Bid and Contract Manager and the EU Finance team, you will help identify major EU opportunities and support academics throughout the bid, negotiation and implementation stages of major Framework Programme research programmes. You will provide specialist advice on European funding, rules for participation and contract matters to facilitate access to this funding stream which is of strategic importance to the University. You will join a busy team and have the opportunity to work on a variety of proposals including large multi-partner collaborative bids and ERC proposals.
Educated to Degree level, you must have knowledge and experience of the European Framework Programmes, European institutions, policies, procedures and funding mechanisms – especially for research. Candidates with a strong bid management background will also be considered. You will have excellent communication skills, be well-organised with the ability to multi-task and to work well as part of a team.
