Riceviamo da un’Università inglese la seguente interessante proposta da girare ai nostri Allievi: “Research and Innovation Services (RIS) support academic and research staff to fulfil their research and enterprise objectives by providing expert advice and assistance in research funding, bid management, collaborations with industry and other strategic partners as well as the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property. We are now seeking to recruit an EU Funding Officer to join the team. Working closely with the EU Bid and Contract Manager and the EU Finance team, you will help identify major EU opportunities and support academics throughout the bid, negotiation and implementation stages of major Framework Programme research programmes. You will provide specialist advice on European funding, rules for participation and contract matters to facilitate access to this funding stream which is of strategic importance to the University. You will join a busy team and have the opportunity to work on a variety of proposals including large multi-partner collaborative bids and ERC proposals.
Educated to Degree level, you must have knowledge and experience of the European Framework Programmes, European institutions, policies, procedures and funding mechanisms – especially for research. Candidates with a strong bid management background will also be considered. You will have excellent communication skills, be well-organised with the ability to multi-task and to work well as part of a team.
